All goods offered on this site are new and carry the manufacturer’s guarantee. Unless otherwise stated the guarantee period is one year.

Delivery will usually be within 5 working days after you have placed your order but in all cases will be within fourteen working days unless you are notified in advance to the contrary.

We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind you may cancel your order in writing and return the goods for refund to the seller's address within 10 days of receipt provided the manufacturers packaging has not been opened or interfered with, you must retain proof of postage for any returns.

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the goods excluding any postage within thirty days. Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be entertained where the manufacturer’s packaging of any goods, including any medium carrying computer files, memory cards, disks, CD-ROMs or diskettes etc, has been opened or interfered with. Illustrations are not to scale and some small variations in appearance may occur.

Specifications are subject to change without notice but you will be advised of any material differences at the time of order and have the opportunity to reconsider. No contract will be formed between us for the sale of any product unless and until we accept your order by dispatching your purchase.
